This Privacy Policy explains how HomeAssist Connect ("we", "us") handles information when you use this website, call one of our numbers or submit a callback request.

Information we collect

• Details you give us: first name, phone number, ZIP code, service needed and notes.
• Call information: when you call a number on this site, the call may be recorded, monitored and routed through call tracking technology.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and marketing parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid.

How we share information

We share the information you submit with one or more service professionals, service providers and/or marketing partners so they can contact you about your request. We also share data with service vendors that support our operations, such as hosting, analytics and call routing providers. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and advertising technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we request consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure page views and clicks on our call buttons and support advertising optimization. A call-button click does not confirm a connected call. When advertising tracking is permitted, Meta receives the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, event information and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send callback form details or customer matching information to Meta. Automatic form-data matching is not enabled by this installation.

In regions requiring consent, Meta tracking remains off until you accept advertising cookies. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you reject it or an applicable browser privacy opt-out is active. If your region cannot be determined, we ask before tracking. Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject or withdraw at any time; the change takes effect immediately across open tabs. Opening settings alone does not change your choice.

We retain a random visitor reference, your advertising choice, date, region, and the notice version shown (meta-advertising-v1), including this notice’s data, recipients and purposes, in browser storage. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. Events blocked before acceptance are not sent later. Clearing browser storage removes this local record and may cause us to ask again. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing contact at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to text messages, or emailing us. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
